GENERAL

Terms and conditions are applicable to any contract between CLUB-MATE Limited, Company No. 1915233, Director Lucian Becher (following „Club-Mate“) and their customers.

Changing terms and conditions of a potential customer are only applicable to any contract if Club-Mate gives its written consent.

TERMS OF REFERENCE

Club-Mate Limited provides the german lifestyle drink Club-Mate in the area of China (at the moment mainly Hong Kong) and Thailand.

Customers can order Club-Mate by using the online shop www.clubmatehk.com, by contacting contact@clubmatehk.com and www.eurogoodies.com. It is also possible to purchase Club-Mate at selected stores. Addresses are listed at “How to get it?”.

The terms and conditions are mainly, but not restricted, for purchases at the online shop.

Regular purchase: It is possible to order single and/or multiple boxes of Club-Mate.

Club-Mate on a regular basis: If customers like to get Club-Mate drinks on a regular basis its possible subscribe to a regular monthly or weekly delivery plan. Delivery plans will be show on the website of Club-Mate and might change from time to time.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT, WARRANTY, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

By signing the contract, the contract is concluded. Clicking the „order button“ replaces the signature.

Goods sold are not refundable.

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery does not match your order (wrong or missing product), please contact our customer service at contact@clubmatehk.com.

The recipient is requested to examine and check all products promptly upon delivery. Please include as many details as possible including your order number and a specific description. Claims must be made at the time of delivery; otherwise, we obtain the right to refuse your claim.

If the payment is already received it is possible to cancel the order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us at onlineshop@clubmatehk.com and we will help you.

If a payment is not received within 7 days, Club-Mate usually cancels the order automatically. Club-Mate also has the right to cancel any order at any point. If payment is already received, Club-Mate will refund the entire payment within 7 working days.

MINIMUM PURCHASE QUANTITY, SHIPPING RULES

Club-Mate only delivers orders after reaching the minimum purchase quantity as listed on the website.

Deliveries are only possible to: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. If you want your Club-Mate delivered to a different location please contactcontact@clubmatehk.com

Details of shipping conditions are part of the shipping terms.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All product prices on the website of Club-Mate are quoted in HK$ and without guarantee.

Your purchase made on www.clubmatehk.com is subject to our sole discretion and to the availability of stock. A final invoice will be presented to you after receiving the payment. We are making every effort to ensure that prices and descriptions of goods shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is incorrect, and we discover this upon processing your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Club-Mate accepts payment by bank transfer upon checkout; however, the payment must be received in our account first before we will ship the goods. In order to speed up the process, you may send the bank confirmation with the transaction details to onlineshop@clubmatehk.com. We will then immediately prepare your parcel for shipment.

The customer is requested to make their payment(s) directly into our bank account. If possible, please note your name and your invoice number in the respective field of the bank transfer. If you are using an ATM machine please send us a screen shot for reference. Please note that the sender (ie the customer) needs to pay for any transaction fees; if you are unsure if there will be a fee, please check with your bank (For example, an HSBC-to-HSBC transfer usually will not incur a fee, but a Citibank-to-HSBC transfer could).

Club-Mate is trying to offer further payment methods such as credit card, paypal etc. If a customer wants to make use of those payment options now, they are requested to order via our partner www.euro-goodies.com.

PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

From time to time, Club-Mate Limited may send information about discounts, free stuff and personalized offers, including many exclusive deals, unless you have told us not to do so by unsubscribing from our newsletter.

It is your right to know about the personal information Club-Mate Limited holds about you. You also have the right to have your data corrected or deleted. If you have any questions regarding our privacy policy, please email us at contact@clubmatehk.com.

The Club-Mate Team takes your privacy very seriously and keeps your information provided strictly confidential. We will not pass your details to any third party, except our delivery company.

We do not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access our website, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via email, or by enquiring about or ordering any of our products/services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstance whatsoever shall Club-Mate Limited or any affiliates, directors, officers or employees (together, the “Company”) be liable for special or consequential damages including loss of business, and in no event shall any liability of the Company exceed the purchase price of any product purchased.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:

  • loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;
  • loss or damage was not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier;
  • loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumers.

Club-Mate Limited will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling the product. In particular we will not be liable for spillages or breakages.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change, alter, replace or otherwise modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of last modification is stated at the end of these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time for updates.
